This week it was my pleasure to chose a recipe from Baking: From My Home to Yours*. For the 2 nd Advent Grandma’s All-Occasion Sugar Cookies from page 146/147 were selected.
These cookies are after my fancy, no cutting, no jam filling, tasty, buttery and easy to prepare
Follow-up: I made slice-and-bake cookies. I formed a roll about 5 cm in diameter and used my bread slicing machine to to slice the very good chilled dough into 0.5 cm = 1/4-inch-thick rounds.
