This month blog-party is all about the guys. So this time I join the party accompanied by TBHOA (the best husband of all). His choice:
Olive Cheese Cookies and Beer
Not any kind of beer, but Dat erste plattdütsche Düster Beer from a small private brewery. Nur original mit de beer. This means: The first Low-German dark beer. Only autentic with the bear.
The cheese’s fat puffs the dough, it taste a little like puff pastry.
