Pea Soup

Ingredients
500 | grams | Green peas dried and peeled | |
1 | large | Onion | |
1 | bunch | Greens, mixed vegetables for soup | |
400 | grams | Smoked streaky bacon, whole piece | |
1 | Bay leaf | ||
1 | teasp. | Majoram,dried | |
500 | grams | Potatoes | |
6-8 | Viennese sausages, à ca. 80 g | ||
Salt, Pepper | |||
1 | bunch | Parsley |

Directions
Give all ingredients, exept majoram, bacon and water into the crockpot. Make a well for the bacon. Add water just to cover all. Put on lid and cook about 8,5 h on "high", if you use a 3,5 l crockpot.
Remove bacon and cube. Depending on your desired consistency, remove some soup and blend. Give back the pureed soup, majoram and bacon and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Heat sausages. Wash and chop parsley. Serve soup with sausages and parsley.
