Parsley potatoes
There’s no special recipe to follow. Peel and quarter potatoes Cook potatoes in salted boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.Melt 1 tablespoon butter in saucepan over medium heat. Stirring constantly add two tablespoons flour, 250 ml milk and 250 ml vegetable stock. Bring to a boil while constantly stirring. Mix in chopped parsley. Add potatoes and cover all with sauce. Serve and enjoy
