Cut bread into thick slices, toast, rub with garlic and sprinkle with olive oil or spread with ramson pesto. Serve with tomatoe cubes.

3 tablesp.   Caster sugar
2     Inch piece cinnamon stick
1 liter   Boiling water
2     Oranges, the juice

Directions

Cooling and refreshing on a hot day, this is much nicer than sweat, drinks.

Put the teabags, sugar and cinnamon stick into a large jug and pour on the boiling water. Leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes then strain and add the fruit juices. Allow to cool then chill in the refrigerator before transferring to a vacuum flask.
