I learned how difficult it is to scan your breasts, so it’s a point of honour to participate. And here is my share:
Pink Grapefruit Ambrosia
Ingredients for 2 servings:
1/2 pink grapefruit, the juice
150 g yoghurt
30 g sugar
2 leaves gelatin, white and red
1 egg white
Mix yoghurt, grapefruit juice and sugar. Soak, dissolve and fold in the
gelatin and cool. Whisk the egg white until stiff. When the dish
begins to gel fold in the egg white. Pour into a serving dish and
cool until completly geled. Decorate and enjoy!

Your picture is simply gorgeous! Green and pink is one of my favourite colour combinations,
and I think the mint leaves look beautiful sitting on a cloud of pink. It looks like something from a magazine.
