meets the conditions. When I read the recipe I had to buy the silicone tin and the Sugar High Friday is the right chance to give it a try.

Directions1. Beat egg yolks with 50 grams sugar until creamy. Stir in mascarpone and cinnamon. 2. Whip cream with remaining sugar until stiff and fold into the egg mixture. Pour into a silicone tin or another tin (800 ml) lined with clingfilm. Freeze for at least 4 hours. 3. Peel oranges and grapefruits without leaving any white skin. Cut out the fruit flesh. Mix the flesh with grenadine and orange liqueur. 4. Turn out the parfait and serve with marinated citrus fruits. |
