It began with her comment on my Caramel Crunch Bar post. I sent some Sahne Muh-Muhs – cow candies – over the pond to Pink Stripes and found this answer
in my letterbox. Wendy sent me some butterscotch chips and Heath Toffee Bits, both I can’t find here in Germany. What a thoughtful gesture. I can’t wait to try them. I already put the recipes from the packages – converted into metric units – into my recipe program.
But those recipes and Tuesdays with Dorie have to wait: We go on holiday and I have a lot to do!

Einen wunderschönen Urlaub wünsche ich euch und frohe Ostern! Danke für das Package, ich habe mal die Rezepte gespeichert. Wie ich Dich kenne, wirst Du nicht eher ruhen, bis Du entweder eine Quelle aufgetan hast oder aber so lange tüftelst, bis Du die Plätzchen selbst herstellen kannst.
