Last Thursday were so many tweets about banana ice cream in my timeline that I had to go into my kitchen and churned

It’s also tasty with chocolate sauce
Today my fellow blogger Foodfreak twittered about 25.02.2025 ** the “Ice Cream Event“ at Tasty Appetite. So I translated the recipe to partake in this event.

Ingredients
| 400 | grams | Cream, 30 %fat | |
| 150 | grams | Yoghurt, homemade | |
| 3 | Egg yolks, 75 g | ||
| 1 | Lemon; the juice | ||
| 3 | tablesp. | Sugar, more or less to your taste | |
| 3 | Bananas,not too ripe; Ulrike: 350 g without peel | ||
| 2 | Vanilla beans, the seeds | ||
| 1 | pinch | Salt |

Directions
Give cream, egg yolks, yoghurt and vanilla seed into a blender and mix until foamy. Then blizz the bananas with lemon juice add to the cream mixture and mix well. Add a pinch of salt and pour into the cooled container of the icecream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
