This week’s recipe on page 85 from Baking: From My Home to Yours*: Chocolate Whopper Malted Drops has been chosen by Rachel from Confessions of a Tangerine Tart . The task for me this week was finding the ingredients chocolate-covered malted milk balls and malted milk powder. I remember Ovomaltine from skiing in the Swiss Alpes. Thanks Judy I knew that I could use Maltesers, which were hard to find.
The result was ok but not outstandig. In German I would say: It didn’t taste neither like him nor her. I like the taste of Ovomaltine and I love chocolate, but in combinations it was too much of a good thing.
