Bei dem Backen der Senf- und Maisbrötchen war ich mir nicht sicher, ob ich die englische Anleitung richtig interpretiert hatte. Deshalb hatte ich an den Autor des Buches „The Handmade Loaf“ Dan Lepard geschrieben.
Und hier ist seine Antwort:
