Tara of Seven Spoons is hosting the 31st edition**06.10.2019 of Sugar High Friday, the brain child of Jennifer at the Domestic Goddess. The theme is Shades of White, the task is making a dessert featuring a hue of white. I participate with a „soup“, which is versatile. It contains greek yoghurt with 10 % fat and can be served as a small main course or dessert.

Ingredients

2     Honeydews
600 grams   Greek yogurt, 10 % Fat
3-5 tablesp.   Sugar
      Ice cubes to cool down

Directions

Peel honeydew, remove cores and cut into chunks. Give chunks into a saucpan with sugar and bring to a boil. Purée and strain through a sieve.

Cool down the liquor and fold in the yoghurt. Season to taste with honey if desired.
