I have to admit, that I’ve never made ice cream. I remember, that my mother bought some special powders to make icecream in the freezing section of the refrigerator. My mother doesn’t have a freezer until today. But I own one, but no icemaker, so I tried a
Elderflower sorbet
Absolutely delicious and refreshing!

350 grams Yoghurt 1,5 % fat
150 ml Elderflower syrup
100 grams Cream
1 leaf Gelatin
15 grams Pistachios, chopped

In a metal bowl, which fits into your freezer, mix together yoghurt,
cream and elderflower syrup. Soak gelatine in cold water for about
10 min. Take the sheet out and squeeze and warm it over low heat
until melted. Add a few tablespoon of the yoghurt mixture into the
melted gelatine, than fold into the remaining yoghurt mixture. Give
the metal bowl into the freezer and stir every 15 minutes until
completly frozen abour 3 – 4 hours.
Serve with pistachios.
