A unique Elderflower Sorbet enriched with whipped cream and crunchy pistachios. Made without an ice cream maker, this floral and creamy dessert is a true summer highlight.

INGREDIENTS

  • 350 grams Yoghurt 1,5 % fat
  • 150 ml Elderflower syrup
  • 100 grams Cream
  • 1 leaf Gelatin
  • 15 grams Pistachios, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a metal bowl, which fits into your freezer, mix together yoghurt, cream and elderflower syrup. Soak gelatine in cold water for about 10 min. Take the sheet out and squeeze and warm it over low heat until melted. Add a few tablespoons of the yoghurt mixture into the melted gelatine, than fold into the remaining yoghurt mixture. Give the metal bowl into the freezer and stir every 15 minutes until completely frozen about 3 – 4 hours.
