Tuesdays with Dorie: World Peace Cookies

TWD
This week’s recipe on page 138-139 from Baking: From My Home to Yours*: World Peace Cookies has been chosen by Jessica of cookbookhabit

World Peace Cookies

World Peace Cookies 002

A great pick, these cookies are made by the easy slice and bake method. I used Maldon sea salt instead of fleur de sel. The cookies are crisp but a little chewy. We liked them, our problem, they were gone too fast…

For the recipe visit Jessica of cookbookhabit. Here are the ingredients in metric units for “Friends of the Scales” like me.

Hehe – friends of the scales :) I’ve become one with all of my bread baking – so much more accurate. Your cookies look awesome!

    Zuckerquelle
Rohrzucker in Deutschland.

    Danke!
