Title: Lemon Quark Ice cream

2     Lemons, zest and 100 ml juice
750 grams   Quark, 20 % Fat
200 grams   Cream
75 grams   Sugar
1     Melon about 200 g
1 pack   Jam sugar, quick and easy, without cooking

Whisk together quark, cream, sugar, lemon juice and zest.

Refrigerate until well chilled, about 2 hours.

Remove from the refrigerator and pour into the bowl of an ice cream machine. Freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Meanwhile prepare the melon jam according to package instructions.

When the ice cream is nearly completely thickened, pour in the melon jam to create a swirl in the ice cream. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until ready to serve.

    Lecker…Bislang kannte ich nur Joghurteis ( mein favorite!), aber Quark stelle ich mir sehr gut vor…Bitte schicken, und zwar alles, habe handwerker im Haus, ätzend staubig alles…..
