Keine Pleite: Eierlikörkuchen

Frau Zorra hat dieses Rezept mit Bailey’s und Butter probiert und der Kuchen schaffte es bis in diese Kategorie. Mich erinnerte das an den Eierlikörkuchen und wie versprochen, habe ich ihn heute mit Eierlikör und Öl gebacken.

Schon nach kurzer Zeit war die Hälfte vom

Ich hoffe, es ist zu erkennen, wie locker und saftig – und keinesfalls pampig – der Kuchen geworden ist. Der kann wirklich in das Osterkörbchen bzw. Easter basket 11.09.2025 **.

Title: Baked beans with tomatoes, garlic and sausages

Yield: 4 to 6 Servings

Ingredients

H FOR THE BAKED BEANS
50 grams   Butter
1     Onion, chopped
3 cloves   Garlic , chopped
100 grams   Panchetta, chopped
700 grams   Butter beans, cooked, rinsed and drained
3 tablesp.   Tomato purée
5 teasp.   Brown sugar
3 dashes   Tabasco sauce
100 ml   Red wine
400 grams   Cherry tomatoes, tinned
H TO SERVE
      Sausage, griddled and sliced
      Slices bread, toasted
      Fried egg

Directions

1. Heat the butter in a small pan and fry the onion, garlic and pancetta for 4-5 minutes and give into a 3.5 litre crockpot

2. Add the butter beans, tomato purée, sugar, Tabasco sauce, red wine and cherry tomatoes and simmer on "high" for 6 h.

3. To serve, place the baked beans on toast and top with the sausage and fried egg

:Cooking time 10 to 30 mins
